About The Position
BAYADA’s Rock Hill Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team, providing compassionate, high-quality home care to clients and their families. The role involves traveling to one client’s home near the nurse, with scheduling based on a mutually selected schedule. The nurse must be available for a weekend 8-hour shift and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. BAYADA provides onboarding and training, including virtual and hands-on training during paid orientation. Nurses meet the Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff on their first day. The office also holds nurse appreciation events throughout the year. Benefits vary according to employment type. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Availability to work a weekend 8-hour shift and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on an agreed schedule.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
