LPN | Full Time Overnight | New Kensington
About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for two pediatric siblings in a supportive home setting in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered pediatric care and building meaningful connections with the children and their family. This is a full-time overnight position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends available. The nurse will provide clinical care, support daily activities, and communicate with the care team and family. Community Care describes itself as a family-owned home health agency that has served local communities since 1987.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide G-tube care and feedings, and follow aspiration precautions.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Monitor seizures.
- Administer BIPAP.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
