About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for an 8-year-old child in a supportive home setting in New Florence, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care, including support with daily living activities and specialized clinical needs. The schedule is Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring nature, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform G-tube care and feedings.
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care and monitoring.
• Monitor seizures and vital signs.
• Provide diabetes care using Dexcom and Omnipod.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
