Licensed Practical Nurse, Assisted Living LPN
About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care across two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role involves collaboration with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, compassionate, personalized care and support residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings, nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. The nurse rotates between the two communities on a two-week schedule: three days at Location A and two days at Location B in Week 1, then two days at Location A and three days at Location B in Week 2. The locations are described as Vadnais Heights and North St. Paul.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Compassionate, resident-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to quality care.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
