Requirements

• Active LPN license (in good standing)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts; schedule includes 06:45–19:00
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-based, resident-centered care environment
• Willingness to travel to and work in the Florence, Alabama area for the duration of the assignment

• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility policies
• Administer prescribed medications, manage treatments, and monitor responses
• Perform routine and focused assessments; document and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility protocols
