We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN to join our Private Duty home-health team. Our mission at HomeFirst Home Healthcare is to provide compassionate, home-based care. As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility
- Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date
Nice To Haves
- previous private duty and/or home healthcare experience preferred.
