About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, direct-hire, permanent positions in rehabilitation departments across Washington. Positions are available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on location. Current markets include Aberdeen, Ellensburg, Everett, Federal Way, Montesano, Puyallup, Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Westport, Pasco, and additional Washington markets. The role is intended exclusively for Physical Therapists, not therapy aides or nursing support roles. Compensation is $40–$55 per hour and varies by market, setting, and experience. Relient Health provides recruiting support, including communication, market-specific insight, interview preparation, offer negotiation, and guidance with licensure transfers and relocation.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Active Washington PT license, or eligibility for or pending Washington licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Washington markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing/medical teams.
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
