About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, direct-hire, permanent-placement roles in rehabilitation departments across Florida. These are not travel, contract, or PRN positions. Openings may be available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the location and employer. Availability varies and changes frequently. The opportunities are suited to Florida-licensed PTs, PTs relocating to Florida, and new graduates of accredited Physical Therapy programs pursuing Florida licensure. Candidates may be considered for roles aligned with their experience, preferred location and setting, and compensation goals. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility/pending licensure.
Ability to work full-time in an available Florida market.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing or medical teams.
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
