Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Multiple Rehabilitation Settings – Multiple Georgia Locations
About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, permanent direct-hire positions in rehabilitation departments across Georgia. Opportunities may be available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on location and employer. Availability varies and changes frequently. The opportunities are intended for licensed Georgia Physical Therapists, PTs relocating to Georgia, and new graduates from accredited Physical Therapy programs pursuing Georgia licensure. Candidates may be interested in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles. The position is specifically for Physical Therapists and is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position. Typical compensation is $42–$55 per hour, varying by market, setting, and experience. Benefits and opportunities vary by location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license, or eligibility/pending licensure.
- Ability to work full-time in an available Georgia market.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing/medical teams.
- Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
- Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
- Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
