Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Virginia Locations
About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, permanent, direct-hire roles in rehabilitation departments across Virginia. Positions are not travel, contract, or PRN. Depending on the location, opportunities may be in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, or home health. Availability varies by location, setting, and employer. The role is for Physical Therapists working within rehabilitation departments and is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position. The opportunities may suit licensed Virginia Physical Therapists, PTs relocating to Virginia, new graduates of accredited Physical Therapy programs pursuing Virginia licensure, and PTs interested in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles. Typical compensation is $40–$55 per hour, varying by market, setting, and experience. Benefits and other offerings vary by location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for or pending licensure.
- Ability to work full-time in an available Virginia market.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing/medical teams.
- Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
- Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
- Promote patients’ functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
