About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, direct-hire permanent placement positions in rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are not travel, contract, or PRN roles. Openings may be in skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, outpatient clinics, or home health settings, depending on the location. Current markets include Brighton, Brockton, Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Revere, Williamstown, Wilmington, Danvers, and additional Massachusetts markets. The role is intended for licensed Massachusetts Physical Therapists, therapists relocating to Massachusetts, and new graduates of accredited DPT programs pursuing Massachusetts licensure. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Active Massachusetts PT license or eligibility/pending licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing, hospital/acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, or home health environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing/medical teams.
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
Promote patients’ functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
