About The Position
Relient Health is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for full-time, in-person, direct-hire permanent placement positions in Massachusetts. Opportunities are available across rehabilitation departments and may be in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, or home health, depending on location. Current markets include Boston, Brewster, Brighton, Chelsea, Framingham, Methuen, Middleboro, Revere, Wrentham, and additional Massachusetts locations. These are not travel, contract, or PRN positions. The role is exclusively for Physical Therapist Assistants working within a rehabilitation department. Candidates may be currently licensed in Massachusetts, relocating to Massachusetts, or new graduates pursuing Massachusetts licensure. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, varying by market, setting, and experience. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Massachusetts PTA license or eligibility for/pending Massachusetts licensure.
- Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
- Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, rehabilitation teams, and nursing and medical staff.
- Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety.
