About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for full-time, in-person, permanent placement opportunities in rehabilitation departments across New Jersey. Positions are direct hire and are not travel, contract, or PRN roles. Openings may be in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the location. Current markets include Keansburg, Piscataway, Trenton, Brick, Freehold, Moorestown, and other New Jersey locations.

The role is exclusively for Physical Therapist Assistants. Candidates may be currently licensed in New Jersey, relocating to New Jersey, or new graduates of accredited PTA programs pursuing New Jersey licensure. The position involves providing therapy under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist and supporting patient mobility, functional independence, and safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license, or eligibility for or pending licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Jersey markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
• Document care in EMR systems in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, rehabilitation teams, and nursing and medical staff.
• Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety.
