About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting licensed Occupational Therapists for full-time, in-person opportunities in rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are direct-hire, permanent placements—not travel, contract, or PRN positions. Current openings include Attleboro, Brewster, Brighton, Methuen, and other Massachusetts markets. Depending on location, settings may include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for or pending licensure.
- Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
- Promote patient independence with activities of daily living, functional tasks, mobility, and safety.
- Document patient care using EMR systems in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
- Collaborate with COTAs, rehabilitation staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers.
