Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Pennsylvania Locations
About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person, direct-hire, permanent placement opportunities across Pennsylvania. Positions are within established rehabilitation departments. Depending on the location, opportunities may be available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health. Availability varies by location, setting, and employer. These opportunities are intended for licensed Pennsylvania Physical Therapists, PTs relocating to Pennsylvania, and new graduates of accredited Physical Therapy programs pursuing Pennsylvania licensure. Candidates may be considered for current or upcoming opportunities that match their experience, preferences, and compensation goals. This is not a travel, contract, PRN, CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position. Typical compensation is $40–$55 per hour, varying by market, setting, and experience. Relient Health offers transparent communication, market-specific insight, interview preparation, offer negotiation support, and guidance with licensure transfers and relocation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for or pending Pennsylvania licensure.
- Ability to work full-time in an available Pennsylvania market.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing or medical teams.
- Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
- Document care in EMR systems in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
- Promote patients’ functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
