About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for full-time, in-person, direct-hire permanent positions within established rehabilitation departments across Washington. Opportunities may be available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the location. Current openings include Aberdeen, Ellensburg, Montesano, Pasco, Puyallup, Seattle, Tacoma, and other Washington markets. These are permanent placement roles, not travel, contract, or PRN positions. The opportunities are intended for licensed Washington PTAs, PTAs relocating to Washington, new graduates of accredited programs pursuing Washington licensure, and PTAs seeking experience in skilled nursing or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles. The position is specifically for Physical Therapist Assistants, not nursing assistants, medical assistants, therapy aides, or technicians.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active Washington PTA license or eligibility for/pending Washington licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Washington markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
Document care in EMR systems according to state, federal, and facility standards.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, rehabilitation teams, and nursing and medical staff.
Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety.
