About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for full-time, in-person, direct-hire, permanent placement opportunities in rehabilitation departments across Maryland. Positions are available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the location. Openings are listed in Bel Air, Bethesda, Bowie, Columbia, Kensington, Mitchellville, Salisbury, Waldorf, White Plains, Crownsville, Rockville, and additional Maryland markets. The role is exclusively for Physical Therapist Assistants and is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or tech position. Compensation is $32–$45 per hour and varies by market, setting, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education support. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active Maryland PTA license, or eligibility for or pending Maryland licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Maryland markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
Document care in EMR systems in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, rehabilitation teams, and nursing and medical staff.
Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety.
