About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a licensed occupational therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support, and contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. The position is described as PRN or part-time.

- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline.
