About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model that connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independently.

The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support; contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement; and maintains professional and ethical standards. The position aims to help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction. EmpowerMe describes schedules as predictable, with no late nights and no constant driving.

Requirements

• Hold a current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline; occupational therapy is the discipline for this position.
• Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Bring strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
