About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a part-time Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The therapist helps residents improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and master daily tasks while building meaningful relationships and supporting their independence, confidence, and satisfaction.

The position combines clinical therapy with care coordination and wellness activities. Therapists conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, communicate with caregivers, participate in wellness check-ins, and provide telehealth support. They collaborate with a team, uphold professional and ethical standards, and contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement. The role offers predictable schedules with no late nights and no constant driving, alongside opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.
