About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults at Aegis Living - Aptos in Aptos, California. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents’ independence, safety, and well-being. The therapist helps residents build confidence, reduce fall risks, and manage daily activities while working collaboratively with the care team.

The position combines clinical therapy with care coordination, wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. It offers a predictable schedule without late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, professional development, and participation in program improvement. The advertised pay range is $51.00–$65.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline; the posting lists PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
