About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers for residents of senior living communities. The role supports residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through individualized care and trusted relationships. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The position also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, communication with caregivers, and telehealth support, while contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The position is offered as PRN or part-time.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline; occupational therapy (OT) is among the listed disciplines.
