About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through its EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. The role supports residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives by combining therapy, wellness, and medical-provider collaboration.

The Occupational Therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth, while contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The position offers a predictable schedule without late nights or constant driving, and opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide. Its EmpowerMe 360 program brings together therapy, pharmacy, and medical care to improve the lives of seniors and the communities they call home. Compensation is $50.00–$65.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline; the posting lists PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
