About The Position

Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all career stages to build their practice, expand their skills, and grow within a luxury spa environment. The role focuses on guest wellness and personalized therapeutic experiences in a supportive, professional, and guest-focused culture. The position includes paid advanced onboarding and customized massage-focused training based on the therapist’s skill level, as well as structured training to strengthen technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and is an essential part of onboarding and long-term success. Team members are expected to be flexible and work approximately four days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. Positions are available at listed Chicagoland locations.

Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
Flexibility to work approximately four days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.
Commitment to the structured training program, including weekday daytime training.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapeutic massage experiences focused on guest wellness.
