About The Position

Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all career stages to build their practice, expand their skills, and grow in a luxury spa environment. The role is based in Orland Park and offers a supportive, professional, guest-focused culture, with growth opportunities across 13 Chicagoland locations. The position includes paid, advanced onboarding and customized massage-focused training based on the therapist’s skill level, along with ongoing continuing education at no cost for license renewal. Team members are expected to commit to a structured training program covering technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours. Team members should be available approximately four days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. Compensation includes a base rate of $15–$16.20 per hour plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%, with commissions on services, retail, and tenure rewards. Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences.
