About The Position

Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all stages of their careers to build their practice, expand their skills, and grow within a luxury spa environment. The role focuses on guest wellness and personalized therapeutic experiences in a supportive, professional, guest-focused culture. The position is based in Naperville. Team members work approximately four days per week, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. A structured training program is an essential part of onboarding and continued success. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and covers technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Compensation is $15–$16.20 per hour plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%. Employees can earn commission on services and retail, as well as tenure rewards. The role also includes a sign-on bonus of $2,000–$4,000, with eligibility conditions applying and the program subject to change.

Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
Availability for weekday daytime training and approximately four workdays per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.
