About The Position

Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all career stages to build their practice, expand their skills, and grow in a luxury spa environment. The role emphasizes guest wellness, personalized therapeutic experiences, consistent service, and professional development. Team members complete a structured training program that strengthens massage technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Training is conducted during weekday daytime hours and is an essential part of onboarding and long-term success. The position is based in Libertyville. Team members are expected to have flexibility to work approximately four days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. Compensation includes a $15–$16.20 hourly base rate, commission opportunities exceeding 50%, and a $2,000–$4,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms and eligibility.

Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
