About The Position
Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all career stages to build their practices, expand their skills, and grow in a luxury spa environment. The role provides a supportive, professional, guest-focused culture and opportunities to develop long-term success, consistency, and confidence in massage therapy. Team members work approximately four days per week, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. They must also complete a structured training program during weekday daytime hours. Training focuses on technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Compensation includes a base pay of $15–$16.20 per hour plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%, including commissions on services and retail and tenure rewards. The position is based in Oakbrook.
Requirements
- Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
- Passion for guest wellness and delivering personalized therapeutic experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on services for extended periods.
- Availability to work approximately four days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours, and attend weekday daytime training.
