About The Position

Tricoci Salon | Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at all career stages to build their practice, expand their skills, and grow in a luxury spa environment. The role offers a supportive, professional, guest-focused culture, with opportunities across 13 Chicagoland locations. The position is based in Arlington Heights. Team members work approximately four days per week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours. The role requires full participation in a structured training program covering technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and the overall spa experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and is an essential part of onboarding and continued success. Compensation includes a base rate of $15–$16.20 per hour plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%. Team members may earn commission on services and retail, as well as tenure rewards. Requirements

Active Illinois Massage Therapy License.
