About The Position
Docketly, sister company to ABC Legal Services, is a growing company in Longmont, Colorado. For the creditor’s rights industry, we make hiring a stand-in attorney easy, fast, and safe. By combining our own software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we have redefined the what’s possible for the legal services industry. Docketly is seeking a Legal Talent Sourcer to drive high-volume, outbound recruiting efforts and build a strong national pipeline of attorneys. This role is heavily focused on top-of-funnel activity—identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent through proactive outreach. Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume outbound roles
- Proven success with cold outreach and pipeline generation
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven, high-activity environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience sourcing for legal, professional services, or contract-based roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
- Background supporting high-volume or nationwide hiring initiatives
Responsibilities
- Proactively source attorneys using LinkedIn, bar directories, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, InMails, and messaging) to generate candidate interest
- Build and continuously develop a nationwide pipeline of qualified attorney talent
- Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to nurture and convert passive candidates
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS/CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to align on priority markets and sourcing strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads generated
