About The Position

Sizanid Staffing, a leading staffing agency and part of Sizanid HR, is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our innovative recruitment team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our diverse client base. Utilizing a mix of advanced sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and industry knowledge, you will proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline. The Talent Sourcer will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality candidate options. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a dynamic and technology-driven staffing organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment support, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent research and communication skills for engaging with potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Screen resumes and highlight top candidates for further evaluation.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to track candidate information and sourcing activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
