About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment support, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and social media platforms.
Excellent research and communication skills for engaging with potential candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Passion for talent acquisition and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct proactive sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Screen resumes and highlight top candidates for further evaluation.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to track candidate information and sourcing activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
