About The Position

As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for job openings within Electrification – Service. Sourcers play a crucial role in the recruitment process by utilizing various sourcing techniques to find potential candidates, such as searching online platforms, social media, and professional networks. They evaluate resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure a strong pool of candidates. Sourcers also maintain candidate databases, track sourcing metrics, and provide regular reports on their sourcing activities. Their goal is to effectively source and engage top talent to support the organization's hiring needs. The work model for the role is: Hybrid, Cary, NC or Houston, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
  • Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Understanding recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of different sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify candidates for open positions.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborating with talent partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Building talent pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom CRM for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Networking with industry professionals and attending job fairs to attract talent.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and keeping track of recruitment metrics.
  • Providing feedback to the Talent Acquisition team on the quality of sourced candidates.
  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Adhering to recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
