Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interest in industries such as Civil, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Transportation, IT, Water/Wastewater, and Environmental

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience or an entrepreneurial background
• Exposure to recruiting or staffing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients within technical and infrastructure-related industries
• Research and identify potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networks and recruiting tools
• Conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, and support interview processes
• Assist with reference checks and candidate coordination
• Help promote REC’s services and contribute to business development efforts
• Support negotiations and help move opportunities through the hiring process
