This is not a high-volume sourcing role. This is precision talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive-level partnership. We are looking for a highly skilled, research-driven sourcer who thrives on uncovering hard-to-find talent, building targeted pipelines, and influencing hiring strategies at the highest levels of the organization. As a Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and HR to shape and deliver talent strategies for leadership, niche, and business-critical initiatives. You will be trusted as a subject matter expert in sourcing, bringing market insights, competitive intelligence, and creative approaches to attract top-tier, often passive, talent.
