Talent Sourcer (Entry-Level) Onsite – Alpharetta, GA Are you ready for what’s next, now? Requirements

0–2 years experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related work
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to support research or workflows
Evidence of self-initiated projects, experiments, or process improvements
Strong research and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Source candidates across multiple channels
Build and maintain pipelines for entry-level and intern hiring
Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing and research
Identify non-traditional talent pools and creative approaches
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
