About The Position

The Talent Sourcer collaborates closely with Recruiters and other Talent Acquisition team members to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for open positions. This role is primarily focused on proactive sourcing, developing talent pipelines, and conducting candidate outreach to fulfill the company's hiring requirements across various business units.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to engage candidates through messaging, email, and phone outreach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple requisitions and priorities at once.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in stakeholder partnership.
• Spanish language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other talent channels.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Screen and qualify candidates to assess skills, experience, and interest level.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide qualified candidate leads to Recruiters for next steps.
