The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for large-scale development and deliverance of brand awareness by connecting with allied health professionals (PT, OT, SLP, AT) throughout an assigned region. This role involves working with the Clinical Engagement Team to source university students and experienced clinical professionals through various channels, including national/state event data, university event attendance, regional competitor mapping, and internet-based platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. Sourced candidates are then delivered to the Talent Acquisition Partner for the appropriate region. The success of the Clinical Engagement Sourcer is measured by metrics such as the number of net new contacts generated, seasoned leads from market mapping, national and state event lead maintenance, student Rotation Roundups completed, pipeline maintenance, leads generated to TAP, and clinical starts. The Sourcer is specifically responsible for the student pipeline for those students who are greater than 6 months to graduation.
