Motional's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to recruit and support world-class technical talent, specifically within the Autonomy Department. The role involves identifying and attracting talented technical individuals at all levels, building long-standing relationships with candidates, and cultivating difficult-to-find talent. The sourcer will demonstrate expert knowledge of Motional’s roles, focusing on machine learning, software engineering, and other technical capabilities, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience as the initial contact. The position emphasizes not only finding talent but also creating strategic ways to build relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
