About The Position

Motional’s Talent Acquisition Team recruits and supports world-class talent. This role is for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support all areas of technical hiring within the Autonomy Department. Motional is a driverless technology company focused on making autonomous vehicles a safe, reliable, and accessible reality. Requirements

  • 3+ year of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience/working with candidates and clients within Software Engineering functions
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred but not required)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong ability to screen candidates for interest level and high level details.
  • Strategic partner mindset with recruiting and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for niche or highly technical roles in the AV industry

Responsibilities

  • Research and execute to identify and attract talented technical individuals at all levels.
  • Build long standing relationships with sourced candidates to best represent the Motional teams and culture
  • Deep dive and cultivate difficult to find talent to join our teams
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Motional’s roles, focusing on machine learning, software engineering and more technical capabilities.
  • Provide a best in class candidate experience as the initial contact.
  • A drive to not only find talent, but create strategic ways to build long standing relationships with those that are not ready to join us today.
