About The Position

Lorikeet is redefining customer support by building AI that handles complex, high-volume support for fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services. They are backed by over $50M USD from QED, Blackbird, and Square Peg, along with notable operators and founders. Lorikeet is the first company since Canva to be funded at an early stage by all three of Australia's top VC funds. Their customers include large telehealth, fintech, and marketplace companies in the US and Australia, many handling over a million support tickets annually. The company aims to build something that genuinely changes how businesses and customers interact. This role is a contract sourcing engagement to support Lorikeet's growing recruiting pipeline globally. The Talent Sourcer will work closely with the Recruiting team to build candidate lists, run outreach, and manage pipeline across technical and go-to-market roles in the US, UK, and AU markets. The team is small, high-trust, and fast-moving, offering a high-autonomy engagement where the sourcer manages their own queue, flags blockers, and provides market insights.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
  • Are actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow
  • Have strong written communication — your outreach is short, relevant, and human
  • Are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Are self-sufficient and organized

Nice To Haves

  • Have sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
  • Are familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted candidate lists for active roles across engineering, GTM, and operations
  • Research and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-powered sourcing tools
  • Draft and send personalized outreach sequences — you'll adapt and iterate based on what's landing
  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby (our ATS)
  • Share weekly updates with clear metrics: outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads passed
  • Flag patterns you're seeing — calibration misses, market signals, title trends — we want your read
