Responsibilities

  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients and leads
  • Schedule consultations and maintain accurate calendar management
  • Organize and maintain client database records
  • Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Draft and send contracts using MyCase
  • Perform outbound calls to support client engagement
  • Oversee email inbox and ensure timely responses
