Requirements

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 am- 5: 00 PM PST with some flexibility required
  • Location: Remote
  • Practice Areas Supported: Estate Planning, Business Planning, Trusts, Probate
  • Software and Tools: CRM: Clio, VOIP: DialPad, Other: Drafting software, VPN, remote server access
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Call Volume: 1 to 5 outbound calls per day; no incoming call handling required; internal communication largely conducted through Clio
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
  • Languages: English, Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents related to probate matters
  • Assist and liaise closely with the lead attorney and paralegal
  • Use drafting software to prepare accurate and compliant documents
  • Coordinate remote access tools including VPN and server connections
  • Communicate progress updates and flag blockers proactively
  • Track, prioritize, and complete daily task lists
  • Complete assigned legal and administrative tasks within established workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and consistent follow up on assigned matters
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure task alignment
  • Support overall case progression through timely execution of responsibilities
  • Manage and update case information through the CRM system
  • Support overall workflow on the probate side of the firm, ensuring timely task completion
  • Handle light outbound calling as needed (1–5 daily)
  • Communicate with clients in a compassionate and efficient manner, helping guide them through the probate process
  • Manage case information within Clio and other required systems
