About The Position

As a Client Advisor on the managed billing team, you’ll serve as a key link between Expert Institute and its attorney-clients, contributing to case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. The role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Expert Institute is an expert consulting and insights platform serving plaintiff firms nationwide. Established in 2010, the company supports firms with expert connections, litigation research, physician consultations, and due diligence through its SaaS platform, Expert iQ.

The position requires the candidate to be located in the Pacific time zone. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts.
• 1–3 years of client or customer service experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving ability and a creative approach to challenges.

• Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys.
• Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies.
• Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters.
• Oversee client engagements from start to finish.
• Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process.
