About The Position

Beach Front Property Management is hiring a Leasing Specialist for its Southern California team. Based at the Long Beach office, the position travels to assigned multifamily properties across the South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood, and other regional locations to show apartments to prospective residents and secure leases. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, plus a $350 monthly auto allowance and uncapped tiered monthly commissions. Strong performers can earn $80,000–$85,000 or more annually. Commission rates reset monthly: $200 per lease for leases 1–5, $250 per lease for leases 6–10, and $300 per lease for leases 11 and above. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The company provides a phone and laptop, benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential or multifamily apartment leasing.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.

Familiarity with Yardi software.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities.
Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements.
Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi.
Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.
