About The Position

Beach Front Property Management is seeking an energetic, driven Leasing Specialist to join its Southern California team. Based out of the Long Beach office, the role involves traveling to assigned multifamily properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood to tour prospective residents and close leases. Compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus a $350 monthly auto allowance and monthly bonuses. Strong performers may earn $80,000–$85,000 or more annually. Tiered commissions reset monthly: $200 per lease for 1–5 leases, $250 per lease for 6–10 leases, and $300 per lease for 11 or more leases. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A company phone and laptop are provided.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential or multifamily apartment leasing.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
Reliable vehicle for traveling between regional property sites.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging property tours and showcase apartment amenities.
Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements.
Maintain accurate lead and tenant tracking records using Yardi.
Travel between assigned regional properties as needed.
