About The Position
We are seeking a customer-service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist to serve residents and prospective residents at Park Villas, The Cottages at Tullamore, and The Residence at Tullamore in Post Falls. The role involves professionally presenting the community, responding to inquiries, supporting resident relations, and completing leasing-related paperwork and daily activity records. The position is Tuesday through Saturday and is performed in a general office environment. The role offers the opportunity to earn leasing commissions under the property's commission plan. Eligible employees may receive a benefits package.
Requirements
- Excellent organization and phone etiquette skills.
- Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping others.
- Self-motivated, high-energy leasing professional with a proven ability to close.
- Team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Prior apartment leasing experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and prospective residents and provide superior customer service.
- Qualify prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Ensure the office, models, and amenities are show-ready each day.
- Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
- Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competing properties.
- Participate in resident relations and functions.
- Accept resident service requests and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
- Enter traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
