About The Position

Legacy Investors is seeking an exceptional customer service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist for Majestic Villas, Thayer Farms, and Maplewood Villas in Rathdrum and Post Falls. This is a Monday through Friday position. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, organized, and has excellent phone etiquette. The role involves helping prospective residents find suitable homes, supporting current residents, maintaining accurate leasing and marketing information, and presenting the communities professionally. Prior apartment leasing experience is strongly preferred. The position is in a general office environment. Employees who meet eligibility requirements are offered a benefits package. The role also offers the opportunity to earn leasing commissions in accordance with the property's commission plan.

Responsibilities

Warmly meet and greet residents and prospective residents and provide superior customer service.
Qualify prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the communities.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Ensure the office, models, and amenities are show-ready each day.
Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
Conduct market surveys and regularly shop the competition.
Create, update, and maintain engaging marketing content across advertising platforms, ensuring property information, pricing, availability, and promotions are accurate and current.
Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions.
Accept resident service requests and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
Enter traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute a positive attitude.
