About The Position
We are seeking an exceptional customer service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist for Park Villas, The Cottages at Tullamore, and The Residence at Tullamore in Post Falls. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, organized, and skilled in phone etiquette. The position is Tuesday through Saturday and involves welcoming prospective and current residents, presenting the community, supporting leasing and resident relations, and keeping accurate records. The work takes place in a general office environment and includes light housekeeping. Performance incentives and a benefits package are available to employees who meet eligibility requirements. The position also offers the opportunity to earn leasing commissions according to the property's commission plan.
Requirements
- Excellent organization and phone etiquette skills.
- Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping others.
- Self-motivated, high-energy approach and a proven ability to close.
- Team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
- Prior apartment leasing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and prospective residents warmly and provide superior customer service.
- Qualify prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Ensure the office, models, and amenities are show-ready each day.
- Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
- Conduct market surveys and regularly shop the competition.
- Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions.
- Accept resident service requests and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
- Enter traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
