About The Position

Legacy Investors is seeking an exceptional customer service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist for Majestic Villas, Thayer Farms, and Maplewood Villas in Rathdrum and Post Falls. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, organized, and has excellent phone etiquette. This is a Monday through Friday position in a general office environment. The role offers leasing commissions in accordance with the property's commission plan, performance incentives, a positive work environment, and a benefits package for eligible employees.

Requirements

Excellent organization and phone etiquette skills.
Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping others.
Self-motivation, high energy, and a proven ability to close.
Team-oriented approach and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Prior apartment leasing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet residents and prospective residents and provide superior customer service.
Qualify prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the communities.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Maintain the show quality of the office, models, and amenities each day.
Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competing properties.
Create, update, and maintain engaging marketing content across advertising platforms, ensuring property information, pricing, availability, and promotions are accurate and current.
Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions.
Accept residents’ service requests and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
Enter traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Work as a positive, self-motivated, team-oriented leasing professional with the ability to close.
