About The Position

Broadway 1201 has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. The role is critical to the team's success and focuses on providing excellent customer service, building relationships with prospects and residents, and supporting leasing and community operations. The position includes competitive compensation, potential bonus incentives, cell phone allowance, and housing discounts of up to 40% at Greystar communities, subject to availability and applicable terms.

Requirements

A positive, can-do attitude is required.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Ability to complete legal documents, explain and sell apartment features, and answer resident questions.
High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales and customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
Help ensure customers have a positive move-in experience.
Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising purposes.
Plan and execute community events.
Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
Use social media and internet platforms to market available units.
Assist with lease renewals.
Respond to resident concerns.
